OUR STORY
The Barnett Company was originally founded in 1957, formerly known as Barnett Advertising Specialties, by Lyall Barnett and his son, Jean Lyall Barnett. Barnett Ad Specialties was one of the very first promotional advertising companies in the Baton Rouge area, and it's still headquartered just a mile from its original location to date. Jean's son, Michael Lyall Barnett, renamed the company at the age of 24 when he was fresh out of Louisiana State University. Thus, The Barnett Company was born in 1983! Forty years of success and growth later, Mike's son has joined the team to usher in a new generation of success and innovation for the Barnett family business.
